NON MEMBER BOOKING INFORMATION

Please note the following important reminders this season as clubhouse construction is underway.

Check-In at the Golf Shop Trailer
Be sure to stop by the Golf Shop trailer before teeing off. Our team can’t see the first tee from the trailer shop, so swing in, say hello, and grab a scorecard before heading out.
Power Cart Policy
A valid driver’s licence (not a learner’s permit) is required to operate a power cart. We’ve already seen a few juniors behind the wheel, please remember that this policy is in place for everyone’s safety, even when accompanied by a parent.
Accessing the Driving Range by Cart
Carts staged closest to the putting green are available for range use. To get to the range or short practice facility, drive down the Turf Care hill (north end of the parking lot) and turn right onto the maintenance road. Be cautious of golfers teeing off on hole 1 and oncoming traffic.
If you're heading to the first tee after practicing, you may drive up behind hole 18 and directly to the tee. Walking the course after using a cart for the range? Please look up to hole 1 tee box and be cautious for golfers teeing off on hole 1 before returning the cart via the same route and parking it back in the staging area. Golfers teeing off will have the right of way.
Washroom Facilities
On-course porta potties will be in place until the irrigation system is thawed and operational. Two porta potties will remain at the Halfway House for the entire season due to limited water access during clubhouse construction.
TagMarshal Green Tags
If you are the lucky golfer in your group to receive a TagMarshal green tag from the starter, please return it to the Golf Shop after your round. These tags are essential for monitoring pace of play and they’re expensive to replace!
Getting Clubs To and From Your Car
If you need assistance transporting your clubs to or from your car, feel free to take a power or push cart, or ask a backshop employee to assist.
Shuttle
The shuttle will be picking up golfers after their round at the bottom of the Turf Care hill.
F&B Services
Food & Beverage will be operational from 11:00am - 8:00pm
